We aim to provide you with the highest quality of lodging. We have nice rooms with space to give you comfort with a calm and secure environment. We are located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but at the same time, in an interesting spot only a few blocks from Santa María University and INACAP Institute where you also have easy and quick access to the downtown regions of Valparaiso or Viña del Mar.
We provide you with the following when you lodge with us:
• Full access to the house and its spaces
• Cable TV (in our shared living room)
• Our speciality Cariño Porteño’s Breakfast, with a special selection of the best products of Valparaiso. (served from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM)
• Laundry and Ironing at an additional cost.
• We maintain a no smoking policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our breakfast and we provide and cook it with the utmost care and attention.
The breakfast is served between 7:30 AM and 11:30 AM.
• Fresh bread fron Cerro Placeres bakery (Batido and Hallulla)
• Leaf tea.
• Coffee made with fresh grounded coffee beans (Tio Pepe famous and delicious coffee)
• Fresh ‘delicia’ cookies (baked every morning in Cariño Porteño!)
• ‘Paris’ ham, from Setmacher store (with years of tradition in Valparaiso) , cheese from Puerto Octay cheese shop (a traditional one too) and avocado
• Orange juice, just squeezed
• Home made jam
If you really enjoyed our cookies at breakfast, you can take them home too! Our cookies are baked every morning for our customers and they are made with the best ingredients, including homemade jam.
¿How does it work?
Our main objective is to offer you products of high quality and freshness. For this reason we only bake our cookies in an on demand model.
You have to order your cookies one day before to our phone number 32-2497641 and they will be waiting for you at the next day!
Every cookie has a cost of $450 CLP and you can choose blackberry, strawberry and peach jam as their filling.
